All the products ordered in our online shop can be returned within 14 days following delivery. During this period, you can request for a refund of your purchase or exchange this product for another of the same value.
We would be grateful if you could handle the products with care and keep them in their original condition. Any item that has been used or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. The expenses of returns chargeable to the buyer unless this is due to our own mistake or incorrect information.
If you want to exchange or return a product, please follow the instuctions below:
- Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
- Select the order from which you want to return an item.
- Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
- Specify the quantity of items to be returned (in case there are several quantities of a same product to be returned).
- (optional) Add an explanation, in order for us to better understand why you want to return this product.
You will then receive an email of confirmation from us, indicating that you can return the product(s).

After reception of the product(s) and acceptation from us, we will immediately proceed to the refund or exchange the product(s).
